Encourage site admins to add a link to search in mobile

Many site admins do not know how to add search as one of the links on their homepage, and as a result, very few mobile sites have search available. Because it does not show up in the sitemap, users have no way of getting to it. Especially on mobile, search is an important part of the experience. Can we encourage admins to include search (/find) either as a primary link or a toolbar link at the bottom?
