Ability to create different "contact us" links depending upon the newsletter post type

Since CHA utilizes several newsletter post types, it would be efficient to have the contact us at the bottom of the newsletter be customized. For example, the Volunteer newsletter contact us would go to a Volunteers contact form - not info@calhospital.org.
