Make the synchronize with MailChimp button easier to find

Right now, we can only get to the button through email blasting.
When setting up a webform to connect to MailChimp for newsletter signups, we have to go through the bundle and blast steps to just sync with MC. I think it should be easier, perhaps even in the webform area?

Or we could add it back to the black admin menu.
