August 2017 release notes

  • Added the ability to link inline [image:#] tags, by fixing an issue where the system would generate invalid HTML containing nested links.
  • Added support for newer top-level domains (TLDs) such as .city to the destination redirect URL field.
  • Improved tables by removing the default width on newly inserted tables to help make them responsive.
  • Improved the notification emails for new users created by administrators by removing the confusing period (.) that immediately followed the user’s password.
  • Improved the time it takes for content changes to be reflected in search results for site visitors: instead of up to 6 hours, it now takes up to 30 minutes for changes to be reflected in search (up to 15 minutes for the search index to update and up to 15 minutes for page caches to clear).
  • Fixed an issue where deleted posts might still show up on the homepage for a short period of time.
  • Fixed an issue where Vimeo videos would not play when using HTTPS.
  • Fixed a “311″ error from MailChimp that would occur when the post has a special character such as a curly quote in its title.
  • Fixed a Google Analytics tracking error for navigation terms that have a single quote (‘) in their name.
  • Fixed an issue where ”'” and “ ” might appear when sharing content on social media.
  • Fixed an issue where PayPal behavior would still activate after changing a webform component’s commerce behavior to “None.”
  • Fixed an issue where inline tags such as [image:#] would appear in search results. (Only applies to sites using Apache Solr for search.)
