Add button to sync mailchimp lists on e-mail blast page

It would be great if we could add the button that exists on /admin/user/subscription/group to node/%/campaign. Users who are not system admins do not have access to sync lists and if they do, many do not know where to check. Simply adding a sync lists button on the campaign page would be very helpful.
