Does this article apply to me?

This article applies to you if you're unable to send an e-mail blast and you're seeing the following error, which reads Campaign_EgpPrediction_Exception:

What does it mean?

It's an error coming from MailChimp saying that your e-mail blast triggered one of their automated spam-prevention systems. This usually has something to do with the quality of your subscriber list. MailChimp cares very much about the quality of your subscriber list, because they don't want to be affiliated with sending spam and other e-mail malpractices in any way. This is how they ensure their e-mail servers don't get blocked by the rest of the internet. Their automated detection system errs on the site of caution and they need you to verify that what you're doing is legit.

So how do I fix it?

To resolve the issue, you have to log into your MailChimp account. From the campaigns page, click on the campaign that you're trying to send. It should then tell you what's wrong and give you an option to Resolve it. After that, you can attempt to send it again either from MailChimp directly or from the website.
