There are there are two possible ways add YouTube videos to your website.  If you are using Vimeo, the steps are the same but finding the URL/Embed Code will be different.

Option 1

Add YouTube or Vimeo URL into the "Video & MultiMedia" section of the post editor.

The URL can be found on the video page on YouTube. Click on  the "Share" option link located underneath the video and you will see the following screen.  Use the "Copy" action to easily grab the URL and paste the URL into the input field inside the post editor.

After adding the URL to the input field, you will need to determine where the video will be displayed.

In-Line Behavior

To add a video inline, you will need to use a video token inside the body content of the post. If you have more than one video, then you would follow the same structure but change the number based on its position inside the "Video & Multimedia" section.  For example, the second video you would use [video:2].

Option 2

Embed the HTML Code/Snippet inside the into the "HTML Embed" located inside "Display Settings" of the post the post editor

The HTML Embed code can be found on the video page on YouTube. Click on  the "Share" option link located underneath the video which will open a window where you need to click on the "Embed" option and use the "Copy" action to easily grab the embed code and paste this into the HTML embed field located inside "Display Settings" inside the post editor.

We recommend updating the "width" property to width="100%" and setting height to height="500".
