How to check what browser version I'm using

When submitting tickets that are referencing theme or design issues, it is very important to tell us what browser version you're using. When submitting tickets using the support tab on your website, this information is captured. However, when submitting tickets via email or directly through support.digitaldeployment.com, it does not capture or detect the browser version. Also, when an issue is reported to you by another user, you'll need to ask them what their browser information is.

Here are some tips to find this information for us:

Any browser

Go to your website URL and add /help to the end of it. Example: digitaldeployment.com/help

In the About you section, you'll see that the site has detected your browser and version. Copy and paste that into your ticket.

Chrome

On the menu bar, click the Chrome menu and select About Google Chrome. The About Google Chrome window will appear. The version number is listed underneath the 'Get help with using Chrome' button.

Firefox

On the menu bar, click the Firefox menu and select About Firefox. The About Firefox window will appear. The version number is listed underneath the Firefox name.

Safari

On the menu bar, click the Safari menu and select About Safari. The About Safari window will appear. The first number, located outside of the parenthesis, is the version of Safari you're using.

Internet Explorer

Go to Help > About Internet Explorer in your browser toolbar. If the toolbar is hidden, you can click the 'gear' icon to open About Internet Explorer.
